Three Ways to Join

Join a local PTA. There are over 950 PTA/PTSAs across the Commonwealth. Check with your neighborhood school and ask for their electronic join link. 

Join the Commonwealth PTA - Virginia PTA's new honorary statewide membership.

Start a New PTA Unit. As a member of the PTA, your school's volunteers will have a strong support system and network of resources to benefit the families and students at your school while also retaining autonomy to decide how best to support the unique needs and interests of your local school community. The PTA provides access to programs and event toolkits that your volunteers can use to help build school spirit, create new traditions, celebrate student accomplishments that get families and communities excited about learning together.
