There is no question that seat belts save lives, however we know that Virginia teens are the least buckled and most at-risk of our drivers. There are a lot of myths out there about safety belt use, and parents of new drivers need good answers. Go to www.safeteendriving.org and click on “Parents Role Models for the Road” and then “Helpful Tips” to visit sites that offer great answers to the questions of using safety belts.
