How to get the most out of the Virginia PTA web site

The site map will show you where everything that is completed is located on the web site. You can even click on a link on the site map to go directly where you need to go.

The search function is very robust. Just type in a word or group of words to find all the pages where they appear. If you are searching for a document or form to download, search from within the Library: Forms & Documents page.

This web site is best viewed in the latest versions of your favorite browser. Check with your browser provider to see if your version is the latest. Popular browsers include Firefox and Internet Explorer (IE). Best view 1024x768 resolution.

AOL users or internet users who use other providers like MSN, can download and use Internet Explorer and Firefox independently of AOL or MSN or any other internet service provider.

Forms are offered either as PDF, WORD, or EXCEL formats. PDF is a preferred method of delivering informational documents and typically you will find forms that can be filled out by the user in PDF or WORD format. You must have the latest PDF reader version to be able to complete the fillable PDF forms.
