The Virginia PTA is managed by a volunteer Board of Managers (BOM) and maintains a State Office in Richmond, Virginia. The VA PTA employs an office staff, operating Monday throught Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The BOM retains the right to close the office or shorten office hours for holidays and other special activities.
