Membership
Dues - Dues collected since July 1st
for the current membership year must be
submitted to the State Office, postmarked by
December 1 Dues collected from December 2 to March 1 must be submitted to the State Office, postmarked by March 1. Dues collected from March 2 until June 30 must be submitted to the State Office, postmarked by June 30.

Remittance Forms are available inMembership Library > Forms Library or on the LURG CD. Remember,
the state and national portion of dues is not local
unit money.
*Annual Audit
Report - 30 day after the general membership
approves the audit report. Audit report forms are available
to download in Membership Library > Forms Library.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM ALL PTA UNITS – DUE FEBRUARY
1: Local Unit EIN, Audit Report, IRS form 990
